From mentoring interns and youth apprentices to building in-school fire sprinkler programs, Jeff’s mission is clear: close the “Awareness Gap” and position fire protection as a career of purpose and opportunity. His leadership is proof that combining technical expertise with a deep investment in people can ignite long-term transformation across the industry.
